I've just had a fantastic three years at uni made even better by the two years spent at Stanford Court! Many thanks to all at Glenfield for being such a lovely letting agency. We're moving to London in September and don't think we'll be lucky enough to find another as generous! Also lots of appreciation to Michael who took care of the maintenance requests. The house itself was perfect -- 10 mins walk from uni, 10 min car ride from the centre of town. Living here was perfect for location, quietness and security. The services received throughout the year were of a high standard and the caretaker was very friendly. The garden was kept well and the house overall was maintained to a good standard. I will miss living here as during my stay I had a lovely time. It's a really good safe place to live and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Between my groups of friends staying at various rented houses throughout Norwich, Stanford Court was by far the best! The rooms are spacious, well decorated and well maintained. The garden is fantastic, the parking spaces often a life-saver, and the landlord’s staff were very helpful with my requests and decisions we had to make. I hope my next house in Southampton is as good. If I had stayed in Norwich I would have stayed at Stanford Court.

In short, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay whilst at UEA, nor could have hoped for such a great landlord! If something went wrong, all we had to do was call and there was someone there to help us as soon as possible. Additionally, the house garden and all other essentials were frequently maintained. All in all, I couldn’t have done much better with accommodation.

The service Glenfield Agencies provided was excellent; if there was a problem it was dealt with straight away and our landlord was understanding and friendly. The accommodation was the best I have come across and the distance to the UEA good. The houses were also near other students and on a bus route which was very useful.

I immensely enjoyed my time at Stanford. The house itself was the best student house available at the time. Equally, the location of the property allowed one to quietly get on with work, as well as being near to all important student amenities, such as pubs, 24-hour Safeway, and the UEA itself.

| |  | At Stanford Court
we are within easy walking distance of the UEA and the city but
live in quiet surroundings. This means we can experience all that
student life has to offer without the noise and disruption you can
find in other areas. I would recommend
Stanford Court to anyone looking for somewhere close to the university
but also wanting a place to live that is quiet and peaceful.

| For me security was an
important issue. Student properties in the triangle are regularly
burgled. Stanford Court is secure: We have a totally enclosed garden
and security lighting to the front and rear. This, together with the
double glazing, makes me feel safe here. After seeing how bad some
other student accommodation can be I am pleased we chose Stanford
Court.

| |  | Secure parking was a
priority when looking for someone to live. Here we have our own private
off-road spaces. It is well lit and secure and, because it is for
residents only, I can always find a space.

| When looking for a house
near UEA my first priority was to find somewhere that I could find
it easy to work in that wasn't too far from the university. Having
been to my friends' accommodation, Stanford Court is the best student
accommodation I have seen. It is quiet and spacious and everyone has
their own bathroom. We have our own parking and are minutes away from
both town and university. It is the ideal workplace and perfectly
situated for socialising.
