Standing Order Guidance Notes

To avoid bank charges and delays in collecting your house keys, please read the following before proceeding to complete your Standing Order:

1.	Credit your household rent account in good time It can take up to ten working days to transfer uncleared funds from one account to another.
2.	Activate your standing order at least four working days before the first of each month Payment by standing order from your household rent account to the Landlord account takes about four working days. Your instruction for the payment date should therefore be four working days prior to the first of each month.
